This made me think about how many of the important things in life happen gradually. We usually don’t drift into good habits, stronger faith, healthier relationships, or deeper character by accident. Those things are often built one small choice at a time.
What also stood out to me is that being intentional isn’t just about where we’re headed; it’s about who we’re becoming along the way. The little decisions that seem insignificant today often end up shaping the direction of our lives tomorrow. “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life” (Proverbs 4:23). Sometimes the smallest daily steps are doing more work than we realize.
